Yeshiva Daat VeTvuna (lit. trans Yeshiva of Knowledge and Wisdom) in the city of Ashdod in the Holy Land was founded by HaRav Shimshon Bamnolker (son of Rachamim), named after the rabbi of all those who are in exile, the honorable sage and Chassid, the G-dly Kabbalist Rabbi Yosef Chaim ZTK"L (of blessed and pious memory) , his merit shall protect all Israel, may it be G-d's will. Daat VeTvuna is the name of the book of Rabbi Yosef Chaim ZT"L who wrote for those who are studying Kabbalah wil learn from this book and learn the basics, so afterwards they can delve deeper in the writings of the holy Ha'ARI Hakadosh (Yitzhak Ben Shlomo Luria Ashkenazi), our rabbi the Rashash (Rav Shalom Mizrachi Sharabi), and the rest of the real Kabbalists in the previous generations, may their virtue stand us in good stead, amen. 
In addition to the learning that occurs in the yeshiva in private, the yeshiva also was founded in order to bring Jews together from all ethnic backgrounds worldwide to our Father in Heaven by Torah lessons, conventions, rallies for awakening, house meetings, lectures during celebrations and holidays, prayers and tikkunim on the graves of the righteous and in the holy places, devotion of friends to G-d's work, writing books, and distribution of lessons through CDs/DVDs for listening/viewing worldwide in multiple languages.
